What I’m Watching Wednesday #6

Hello my fellow bloggers, another week as come around very quickly and I am hoping you all had a positive and productive week!

To kick off the week of watching tv series and films, on Thursday my sister and I finished the entire series of Bates Motel, Season Five, Episodes 9-10!!! I can’t believe it’s come to an end, it has been a hot minute! This series was absolutely fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the world of the Bates family and all the mysterious and thrilling events that happen in their everyday lives! Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga are so incredibly talented actors/actresses!

On Friday, I went out for the evening so I didn’t watch anything all day/night. I made up for it slightly on Saturday by watching Everyday which was a really interesting movie, I really enjoyed the concept and originality of the premise. If you have Netflix I would recommend to give this movie a watch if you enjoy young adult romantic comedy.

On Sunday, Rich and I started to re-watch Brooklyn Nine Nine, Season 1, Episodes 1-15, I’ve only seen the whole of season one and am really looking forward to finally watching more episodes of this awesome programme! In the evening we went to see Shazam! with a couple of friends which was really really good!! DC has definitely upped their game, especially in the comedy section, I would definitely recommend this film!

After work, on Monday I decided to watch one of my all time favourite movies ….. Back to the Future!! This film never gets old and immediately wanted to watch the other two films in the trilogy but was too tired to even try and stay awake to watch anything else.

As my sister and I have now finished watching Bates Motel we started a new series on Tuesday called Big Little Lies, Season 1, Episode 1. It has a few big names in this series e.g. Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman and Shailene Woodley. It was a very intriguing first episode and I am definitely invested to find out what mysteries happen in this town.
