Light of the Party by Yamini Naidu Blog Tour and Book Review

Book Description (via Goodreads): Storytelling – your new super power at home, work and play.

Do you know someone who:

Connects easily and quickly with people?
Charms everyone with their anecdotes?
Shines at dinner parties with funny stories?
Builds instant rapport with clients?
Can make an effortless, funny wedding speech?

This person is a storyteller – they are the light of the party wherever they go. And not just at parties, but everywhere.

Good storytelling helps you connect, engage and inspire, and an authentic, well-told story will always wow.

Let this book show you how to make storytelling your new superpower.

I have received this book in exchange for an honest book review. I have given Life of the Party by Yamini Naidu three out of five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a very fast paced, fun and entertaining guide on how to become the “light of the party”, the person who has stories to share at nearly every social event you find yourself at and the best ways to tell them. I have to admit, I’m not one of those people. I love being social, mingling and meeting new people however, I’m never one to really stick myself out there (unless alcohol is involved 👀). Also, I really liked the illustrations throughout this book. I thought that they were a great addition and were all so beautiful!

I really liked Naidu’s writing throughout this book, it was easy to read, engaging and entertaining, mainly because she tells this story in a light hearted manner. I can’t say I’ve ever read a book like this before but I will happily give the non fiction advice and self guide books a go in the future.

Happy reading,
